ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All eBook products are in digital form and the download link(s) are delivered via email immediately after purchase. If you have not received an email confirmation and download link within 4 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder or if you are using Gmail, please check your Promotions Tab. If you still have not received the email, please contact customer service and one of our representatives can assist you.
NOTE: Email addresses ending in @sbcglobal.net and @att.net do not always seem to receive emails from my store. If you have an email address on one of these domains and you have not received your download links, please contact customer service and one of our representatives can assist you.
Physical products, such as the Heart-Centered Healing Journal, are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of placing the order. Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.
YOUR BILLING INFORMATION
In order to process your order and collect payment, you will be required to provide your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address. You agree to verify that your billing and shipping information is correct before you place your order. If the address you provide on your order is incorrect, you must let me know ASAP!
If you do not let me know prior to the order going out, you will incur additional charges for me to re-send the order to a new address.
PURCHASES
The purchase of a Delicious Obsessions LLC / Jessica Espinoza eBook and other electronic material is for your personal use only. Sharing the e-mails, PDF files, plagiarizing any portion of the eBook, or otherwise sharing it with anyone outside of your household may result in legal action. We appreciate your honesty.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
Returns and Refunds
All eBooks have a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 14 days, please contact customer service and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with a refund. Refunds are not issued after 14 days.
All physical products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and is not eligible for a refund on those costs. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the physical product, less a $5.00 administrative and restocking fee.
How Refunds Are Applied
If a refund is applicable, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund per our 14-day money back guarantee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal and will reflect on your statement within 7-10 days business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after that time frame, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer service.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We do not store ANY payment information on our server, nor do we collect the actual credit card information for you. All credit card payments are processed through a secure third-party called Stripe who use their own secure servers to collect payment. This is protection for both you as the customer and Delicious Obsessions as the seller to ensure that credit card information is protected at all times. You can read Stripe’s terms of service here.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site and payment with be processed through them, again to prevent your credit card or account information from being stored on our servers. You can read PayPal’s terms of service here.
